The farmer and the Golden duck

The farmer lived in a small  village . He had many ducks in his house.

One of the ducks would lay a golden egg everyday. He sold the golden egg and became rich.

One day the farmer thought that there would be more golden eggs in the stomach of the duck.

If the cut the stomach, he could take all the golden eggs and he would became very rich.

So he took a knife and cut the duck. But he found only one golden egg and felt very sad.

Moral story: Greed leads to heavy loss
